“Forget about peak performance. Would your results improve if you simply focused on being reliable in the normal moments?
Show up when it’s easy to skip. Do the fundamentals and do them well. And so on.
Before you make it complicated, remember there are always simple improvements waiting to be made.”

Wrap Up of Habits
Throughout my inquiry project researching how to develop, and change habits, I was implementing these practices into my own life. I used the Habit app to track my habits, to make technology a tool for self-improvement. Since I spend so much of my time on my phone, the app Habit was extremely useful. It was a way to keep myself accountable because I could see whether I had fulfilled my intentions throughout this semester. About halfway through my inquiry I decided to mute most of my notifications, excluding the notifications that came from the app Habit Tracker. I found this to be extremely helpful, and when my phone buzzed instead of it being an Instagram notification, it was a reminder of the task I needed to do at that moment. Just by keeping track of this I became more motivated. I plan to continue using this app throughout my life, to stick to these habits I have formed.
